BoyinDrive Showcases at CIIF 2026

The 26th China International Industry Fair (CIIF) concluded at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) on October 16, 2026. Themed “Intelligent Economy, Boundless Smart Manufacturing,” this year’s edition brought together more than 3,200 enterprises worldwide, focusing on intelligent manufacturing and core robotic components. As a premier platform for showcasing new quality productive forces and connecting industrial value chains, the fair served as a hub for industry collaboration. Ningbo Boyin Harmonic Technology Co., Ltd. (BoyinDrive) presented its self-developed harmonic drives and integrated actuator modules at Booth 8.1H-E280, demonstrating precision transmission solutions for humanoid robots, collaborative robots, and semiconductor precision equipment, while engaging in technical exchanges and matchmaking with partners.

From Tooth Profile to Lubrication: Fundamental R&D Targeting Vibration and Precision Degradation

To tackle vibration, precision degradation, and component wear in robot joints, BoyinDrive developed a proprietary Digital Vibration-Suppression Tooth Profile based on a digital precision computation model to suppress vibration at the source. Mechanical simulation reduces component stress, improving motion accuracy by up to 30%. A flexspline mechanical model prevents tooth jumping and slows precision degradation over the service life, while digitally optimized lubrication minimizes wear, achieving a validated service life of 15,000 hours.

W Tooth Profile & Flexspline Thin-Wall Structure: Enhanced Meshing and Torsional Rigidity

BoyinDrive drives innovation through structural design. Its proprietary W Tooth Profile achieves a mesh engagement ratio of over 40%. The flexspline thin-wall structure achieves an ultra-low failure rate of 1 ppm under test conditions and boosts torsional rigidity by 50%. Tooth lead modification ensures uniform-strength meshing across the full tooth width, while newly developed cross-roller bearings increase tilting stiffness by 30%–100%. The exhibited product series—YCS, YHS, YHD, and YCD—are engineered for rigorous operating conditions, helping OEMs simplify joint design and shorten development cycles.
